For the past decade DDC Group have been delivering a diverse range of projects that have focused on Accessible Housing is now known as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Engaged in projects large and small, our studio has a particular interest in housing projects that ensures a quality home is built we would be proud to live in.

Providing an end-to-end design service, we can facilitate every facet of your next SDA Development, Renovation, Single Home or Multi Development site. If this isn’t your fit, we also provide specialist consulting advice from feasibility concept to completion. We intend to provide you a design that can ensure certified build form that has flexibility for the end user for the lifecycle of the building.
